Electrical flow heaters

ELMESS flow heaters are used for heating liquids and gases. They are manufactured to customer specifications in explosion-protected design  (ATEX, IECEx, etc.) or in high-quality industrial design

ELMESS offers electrical heaters for non-pressurized operation at up to 1,200 °C and as pressure devices for up to 900°C medium temperature with ratings from 0.5 to 3,000 kW.

Selection of material results under consideration of operation data as well as customers's requirements.
Carbon steel, painted, stainless steel and special materials.

All heaters are designed and manufactured according to the individual requirements of our customers.

Design Codes and Inspections
Design, Manufacturing and Inspection according to European
Pressure Equipment Directive (PED, 2014/68/EU), ASME code or other
international standards.

Design according to AD2000, ASME or other codes
Inspection: Manufacturer's inspection, TUeV, LR, RINA, SELO or
other third parties; individual inspedion by classification organisations such as DNV, BV, LR, ABS, GLC or others;
ASME design with or without U-stamp

Explosion protected devices are supplied with EC type examination certificate (according to ATEX directive 2014/34/EU) and IECEx certificates are also available s.
The complete documentation including all certificates is part of the
delivery.
